3.Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Four years+ relevant experience
- A strong performance track record
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written & oral
- Strong ability to handle pressure
- Flexible with time and holidays
- Has demonstrated practical examples of good training/coaching skills
- Has gained an in-depth understanding of specific markets/financial profiles and/or processes
- Demonstrates an ability to lead others
- Consistently organizes work in such a way to complete tasks/projects in a timely and accurate manner
- Good organization skills
- Good skills in use of MS applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) or their equivalent
- Selection process includes:
